21+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use MrLucky. We perform identity verification (KYC) on all accounts and will close any account found to be under-age.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one MrLucky account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
Secure and Verified Payments
All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted. KYC documents are required prior to first withdrawal.
Prohibited Conduct
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of betting software or bots, and any form of abuse of promotional offers are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MrLucky ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mrlucky.cam (the "Site"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Site and all associated services, games, promotions, and content made available through it.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on MrLucky, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the Site immediately and not proceed with account registration.
MrLucky operates as a digital entertainment platform offering live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting, crash games, lottery products, and related services. The platform is designed to serve players in Malaysia, including users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other cities across the country. All monetary values are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of MrLucky, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the Site from any device or location. These terms supersede all prior agreements or representations.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:
- "Account" — the personal, non-transferable gaming account created by a Player on the MrLucky platform upon successful registration and verification.
- "Balance" — the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately tracked.
- "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements, as outlined in individual promotion terms.
- "Deposit" — the transfer of real funds into a Player's Account via any supported payment method, including Malaysian bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency channels.
- "Eligible Player" — a Player who meets all age, identity, residency, and eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required under this Agreement before withdrawals and certain account features are activated.
- "Platform" — the MrLucky website, mobile interface, and all associated software, games, and tools accessible at https://mrlucky.cam.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
- "Withdrawal" — the transfer of withdrawable funds from a Player's Account to the Player's registered payment method.
Account Eligibility
To be eligible to register an Account and use the MrLucky platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
- You are at least 21 years of age. MrLucky applies a 21+ age standard in line with internationally licensed casino operations.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of MrLucky, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by MrLucky for any rule violation.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
Age Verification: MrLucky will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned, and access to the platform will be permanently denied.
MrLucky reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time frame — as notified by our support team — may result in account restrictions or closure pending investigation.
Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account on the MrLucky platform. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts and their balances will be closed without prior notice, and any winnings generated through duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
4.1 Registration Information
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and a contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Changes to personal details must be submitted through the Account settings or via the support team, accompanied by supporting documentation where required.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. MrLucky will never ask for your password by any means. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. All activity on your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access as soon as you became aware of it.
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point we deem necessary for compliance purposes, MrLucky will require you to complete KYC verification. This includes submitting a valid photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a proof of residential address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding the photo ID document. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours for standard accounts and within 12 hours for Gold and VIP Elite tier members.
Deposits & Payments
MrLucky supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods. Accepted deposit channels include online banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect; e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay; online transfer channels including DuitNow and FPX (Financial Process Exchange); and cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically limited to RM10,000–RM30,000 per transaction. Specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier section of your Account.
5.2 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder will not be accepted and will be returned to the source. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
5.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits
Deposits made via Bitcoin or USDT are converted to MYR-equivalent balance at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. MrLucky does not guarantee a specific conversion rate. Processing times for cryptocurrency deposits are typically 5–60 minutes depending on network congestion. Cryptocurrency deposits must be sent from a wallet owned and controlled by the Account holder.
Currency Note: All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency are converted at the time of crediting. MrLucky is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals of real-money funds are available to all verified Account holders who meet the applicable conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
6.1 Processing Times
Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and account verification status. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Connect are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 10–60 minutes, subject to network conditions.
6.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:
- Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
- Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements in full.
- Your Account must be in good standing with no open investigations or policy breaches.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit.
- The withdrawal destination must match the name on the verified Account.
6.3 Withdrawal Refusal
MrLucky reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we will notify the Account holder of the reason for the delay and provide a timeline for resolution where possible.
Bonuses & Promotions
MrLucky offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and the referral programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated on the individual promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
7.2 Bonus Expiry
All bonus credits and any winnings derived from them will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, which is specified on each promotion. Upon expiry, bonus credits and associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated systems to exploit bonus mechanics, or placing hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.
7.4 Birthday Bonus
The birthday bonus is available to all active, verified members and is automatically credited during the player's birthday month based on their current VIP tier. Amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP Elite). The birthday bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements and has a 7-day validity period from the date of credit.
7.5 Referral Programme
The referral programme awards MYR 38 per successful referral. A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes Account registration, passes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals, or referrals of existing Account holders, do not qualify. MrLucky reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting markets on MrLucky operate under specific rules defined by their respective game studios and sports betting engines. Players are encouraged to review the individual game rules available within each game interface before wagering.
8.1 Game Fairness
All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by our licensed partner studios. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by previous results, Account status, or any external factor. Live dealer games are operated by trained studio dealers and are subject to independent monitoring.
8.2 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other international events, are subject to the specific sports betting terms available in the sportsbook section. Bets accepted on markets subsequently found to be subject to error, match abandonment, or irregular circumstances may be voided at the Company's discretion.
8.3 Incomplete Transactions
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, MrLucky will apply the relevant game studio's dispute resolution policy. Where a game round cannot be completed and no result can be verified, the wagered amount will typically be returned to the player's Account balance. MrLucky is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, including internet outages, server failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MrLucky platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during Account registration or at any subsequent point.
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the platform.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game.
- Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be forfeited and the underlying issue reported to the relevant game studio.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
- Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
- Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools for the purpose of bypassing geographic restrictions or security measures.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing MrLucky staff or other players via any communication channel.
Anti-Money Laundering: MrLucky maintains full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities. Players are reminded that deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods in their own name only.
Responsible Gambling

10.1 Available Tools
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day review period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration with an on-screen reminder when the limit is approaching.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. Self-exclusions are effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
10.2 Underage Gambling Prevention
All players must be 21 years of age or older. MrLucky employs age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not have access to their Account or devices on which the platform is accessible.

Intellectual Property
All content on the MrLucky platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, design elements, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of MrLucky or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the MrLucky platform without the prior written consent of MrLucky. Unauthorised use of MrLucky's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MrLucky and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
MrLucky does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, MrLucky's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
MrLucky is not responsible for any loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, banking system disruptions, regulatory changes, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances.
Termination of Account
MrLucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests for responsible gambling reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed immediately. For voluntary Account closures, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and compliance checks.

Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the MrLucky platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which MrLucky operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or customer support escalation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
Amendments
MrLucky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
